Balanced Dual Cylinder Design: The patented dual cylinder hydraulic system features extra-long cylinders on both the left and right sides. This ensures maximum stability and prevents rollovers even during emergency situations when a forklift is on the platform. The inverted design of the cylinders effectively protects the system from debris damage.

Structural Integrity: The dock plate, tongue plate, and main structure are constructed from high-strength non-slip pattern steel plate. The main frame is fully enclosed to prevent deformation during transport and installation. The bottom is reinforced with 10 special C-section steel beams to ensure stress is evenly distributed.

Advanced Safety Features:

• Safe Emergency Braking: Built-in brake valves lock the leveler within 2cm of descent if a truck accidentally pulls away.
• Anti-Foot Pinch: Side toe guard plates protect personnel and equipment.
• Servo Function: Automatically compensates for height differences of up to 100mm between the left and right sides of the truck body.

Packing: Hydraulic dock levelers are stack-packed with corrugated paper covering the main plates and corners to prevent scratches during transit.
